Job: Assistant Food & Beverage Manager – Nightclub
The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for supporting daily operations across restaurants, bars, banquets, and nightclub venues while ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency, and compliance with hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Food & Beverage Operations
- Assist in managing day-to-day food and beverage operations across all outlets.
- Ensure smooth service flow and compliance with company quality standards.
- Supervise restaurant, bar, banquet, and nightclub operations.
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety procedures at all times.
- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed.
Team Supervision
- Supervise, train, and motivate F&B staff, including servers, stewards, bartenders, and hosts.
- Prepare staff duty rosters and manage scheduling requirements.
- Conduct on-the-job training to maintain service excellence.
- Address staff performance issues professionally and effectively.

Customer Service
