Job: Maintenance Supervisor at Americana Restaurants
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing maintenance activities, responding to reactive maintenance complaints, monitoring planned preventive maintenance, and ensuring technicians and external vendors meet Americana Restaurants’ required Service Level Agreements and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage responses to reactive maintenance complaints and requests.
- Monitor technician and external vendor response times according to maintenance SLAs and KPIs.
- Ensure Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) work orders are completed and monitored according to required service levels.
- Monitor compliance with established maintenance standards and requirements.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and effective stakeholder management.
- Act as a direct point of contact for the Operations Team within the assigned area of responsibility.
- Remain responsive to maintenance requirements during restaurant operating hours.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders, including Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and mall management when required.
Job Requirements:
- Experience or good knowledge of maintenance supervision and facilities management.
- Ability to manage preventive and reactive maintenance activities and work orders.
- Good understanding of maintenance SLAs and Key Performance Indicators.
- Strong customer and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with technicians, external vendors, and operational teams.
