Program & National Test Center Coordinator – Camp Buehring & Camp Arifjan

Key Responsibilities

1) Student Support & Customer Service

• Provide superior customer service through in-person visits, phone, email, CRM systems, and video conferencing.

• Act as a student advocate and advisor throughout the academic cycle.

• Document all student interactions within UMGC’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

• Schedule and manage appropriate follow-up activities.

2) Program Promotion & Academic Support

• Promote and support hybrid classes and testing services.

• Represent UMGC at university-sponsored events and outreach activities.

• Support semester start-ups, education fairs, student appreciation days, and graduation events.

3) Test Center & Office Operations

• Perform operational and administrative duties to maintain offices and test centers according to testing agency standards.

• Ensure compliance with testing regulations and institutional policies.

• Maintain updated knowledge of university systems including Salesforce, PeopleSoft, and other internal platforms.

4) Military & Community Engagement (Camp Arifjan role)

• Maintain positive working relationships with Education Services Officers (ESO) and military representatives.

• Provide periodic briefings on UMGC programs and services.

• Participate in outreach and engagement activities within the military community.
