HSE Officer / Engineer
The HSE Officer / Engineer is responsible for maintaining workplace safety standards and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce safety policies and procedures across project sites.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for safety equipment and facilities.
- Ensure regular inspection, testing, and maintenance of fixed and portable safety equipment.
- Assist in developing and delivering safety, environmental, and quality training programs.
- Monitor maintenance and construction activities under the Permit to Work system.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Mechanical Supervisor (Piping)
The Mechanical Supervisor will oversee piping and mechanical construction activities on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise piping fabrication and installation activities.
- Manage pipeline projects involving CS, SS, HDPE, GRE, and other materials.

- Coordinate with QA/QC, Welding, NDT, Planning, and HSE teams.
- Ensure compliance with approved method statements, WPS, ITPs, and project requirements.
- Support hydro testing, pneumatic testing, flushing, and line clearance activities.
- Monitor project progress and resolve technical issues.
QA/QC Engineer (Piping & Pipeline)
The QA/QC Engineer will ensure that piping and pipeline activities meet project specifications and international quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures for piping and pipeline projects.
- Review technical drawings, specifications, and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
- Conduct inspections of pipes, fittings, valves, and related materials.
- Inspect fabrication, erection, and installation activities.
- Ensure compliance with ASME, API, ASTM, and project standards.
- Monitor welding activities and verify WPS/PQR documentation and welder qualifications.
- Coordinate and witness NDT activities, including RT, UT, PT, and MT.
- Conduct hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure testing activities.
