Available Position
IT Expert
The IT Expert will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting the organization’s IT infrastructure, servers, virtualization platforms, communication systems, and cybersecurity solutions to ensure business continuity and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues across the organization.
- Manage and maintain Dell servers, chassis environments, and NetApp storage systems.
- Provision, install, maintain, and support VMware Enterprise environments.
- Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft technologies, including:
- Active Directory (AD)
- DNS
- DHCP
- SCCM
- Exchange Server
- Manage and support Linux and Ubuntu operating systems.
- Administer VEEAM Enterprise Backup solutions and perform disaster recovery operations.
- Configure and manage IP Telephony systems.
- Support Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) environments.
- Manage firewalls and security solutions, particularly:
- FortiGate
- FortiMail
- FortiSIEM
- XDR Security Solutions
- Support and maintain Broadcom and Boldon James solutions.
- Ensure system availability, security, and operational reliability.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong experience in IT infrastructure management and enterprise systems administration.
- Expertise in VMware virtualization technologies.
- Experience with Dell server environments and NetApp storage solutions.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft server technologies and services.
- Experience managing Linux and Ubuntu environments.
- Knowledge of backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions.
- Experience with Cisco unified communications technologies.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and Fortinet security products.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
