Job: Senior Field Specialist – MPD (Managed Pressure Drilling)
Job Details:
- Participate in daily operations, safety meetings, toolbox talks, and Job Hazard Analysis (JHA).
- Monitor and analyze well data to recommend services and technical solutions.
- Plan and execute field operations including equipment preparation, mobilization, and job execution.
- Prepare and submit all required job documentation such as reports, service tickets, logs, and system entries.
- Be available on a 24/7 on-call basis to respond to operational and customer needs.
- Test, operate, and maintain MPD equipment according to company policies and safety standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high service quality.
- Manage inventory and supplies at the well site.
- Follow up on equipment failures with maintenance teams and ensure proper resolution.
- Participate in and lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations for equipment failures.
- Supervise, lead, and mentor field operation teams.
- Act as a technical advisor to management and clients by interpreting operational data.
- Perform engineering calculations and system checks on-site to optimize performance.
