For each awarded Task Order (TO), the contractor must designate a dedicated Task Order Lead. The TO Lead serves as the primary point of contact and is responsible for managing all operational, administrative, and contractual aspects of the assigned task.

🎯 Key Responsibilities (Detailed)

🔹 1. Primary Point of Contact

• Serve as the single Task Order focal point and interface to the Contract Project Manager (C-PM).

• Maintain clear and effective communication with government stakeholders.

🔹 2. Compliance with Host Nation Laws

• Comply with host nation (Kuwait) laws and customs.

• Ensure all deployed contractor personnel understand and adhere to local regulations and cultural expectations.

🔹 3. Host Nation Coordination

• Interface with the host nation sponsor to ensure:

  • Workforce meets entry and exit requirements.

  • Personnel obtain and maintain required credentials.

  • Quality-of-life support services are provided (housing, transportation, communications).

• Ensure contractor personnel have access to and comply with Task Order-specific requirements outlined in:

  • Statement of Work (SOW)

  • Performance Work Statement (PWS)

• Oversee execution and performance of all TO deliverables.

• Provide leadership, supervision, and performance oversight of deployed personnel.
