
GovCIO is seeking a Project Manager – Task Order Lead in Kuwait. This is a senior leadership role within a government contracting environment, responsible for overseeing the execution of assigned Task Orders (TOs) and ensuring full compliance with contractual and operational requirements.

📝 Position Overview
For each awarded Task Order (TO), the contractor must designate a dedicated Task Order Lead. The TO Lead serves as the primary point of contact and is responsible for managing all operational, administrative, and contractual aspects of the assigned task.
🎯 Key Responsibilities (Detailed)
🔹 1. Primary Point of Contact

Serve as the single Task Order focal point and interface to the Contract Project Manager (C-PM).

Maintain clear and effective communication with government stakeholders.
🔹 2. Compliance with Host Nation Laws

Comply with host nation (Kuwait) laws and customs.

Ensure all deployed contractor personnel understand and adhere to local regulations and cultural expectations.
🔹 3. Host Nation Coordination

Interface with the host nation sponsor to ensure:

Workforce meets entry and exit requirements.

Personnel obtain and maintain required credentials.

Quality-of-life support services are provided (housing, transportation, communications).

Ensure contractor personnel have access to and comply with Task Order-specific requirements outlined in:
