Power Plant (CCGT) Positions – Omani Nationals

1. Electrical Inspector – Power Plants (CCGT) – Omani National

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct day-to-day inspections of electrical installations including HV/MV/LV systems, switchgear, transformers, generators, UPS, grounding systems, lighting, and cable routing.

  • Supervise installation of GT, ST, and HRSG auxiliary electrical systems.

  • Ensure compliance with IEC, NEC, IEEE, and Oman local authority standards.

  • Review contractor method statements, material submissions, and ITPs.

  • Perform inspections during installation, testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning stages.


2. Instrument & Control Inspector – Power Plants (CCGT) – Omani National

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect installation of transmitters, analyzers, sensors, control valves, DCS/PLC systems, vibration systems, and turbine instrumentation.

  • Supervise cable tray installation, routing, glanding, loop checks, and junction box works.

  • Review and approve contractor ITPs and material inspection reports.
