Role Overview:
The IT Site Lead is responsible for managing daily IT operations supporting 24×7 intelligence missions. This leadership role ensures uninterrupted mission support across multiple technical domains.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day IT operations including service desk, desktop support, server administration, storage, network operations, VTC services, and hardware lifecycle management.

Support facility design or redesign efforts, including floor plans, security enhancements, power, and cooling infrastructure considerations.

Mentor team members in technical troubleshooting and complex problem resolution.

Perform system, storage, network, or desktop administration duties when required.

Serve as the primary IT advisor to G2 Forward and CJ2 Systems Officers.

Lead IT projects and provide regular status reports to government stakeholders and company leadership.

Define project objectives and detailed requirements.

Develop and manage project plans, risks, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communications.

Plan, execute, and close projects meeting or exceeding customer objectives.

Job: Field Service Technician – Journeyman
Role Overview:
The Field Service Technician supports maintenance, installation, and operational readiness of advanced inspection systems while working closely with military customers.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform mechanical and electronic maintenance on radiation and Backscatter technology systems.

Conduct installation, de-installation, and testing of systems and components.

Execute preventive maintenance on Non-Intrusive Inspection Systems.

Provide training and technical support to military personnel.

Potentially supervise daily operations and other technicians as assigned.

Travel OCONUS (Outside Continental United States) to additional overseas locations as required.
